Crisis Prevention & Management
Sometimes, moments of crisis are unavoidable. However, that doesn’t mean we’re powerless against them. RCC professionals work with our clients to manage these difficult moments and make a plan for how best to avoid them in the future.
Behavioral Skill Development
Behavioral development is key to evolving interpersonal and self-regulatory skills necessary for everyday life. Our Program Supervisors work with our Program Director to address our client’s needs and equip them with the tools they lack.
Personal Safety & Self-Care Training
At RCC, we have a deep understanding of how healthy habits set us up for a brighter future. Personal safety and self care training modules are designed by our Program Director and implemented by our Program Supervisor alongside Direct Support Professionals.
Coordination of Mental Health Services
Our Program Supervisors not only help our clients find the best physicians, but they also schedule all mental health services. Additionally, they personally drive and accompany our clients to these appointments at no extra cost!
Medication Monitoring & Education
We make medication easy for our clients. Medication pickup, administration, and education, as well as any pharmacy calls, are all handled by our diligent Program Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals.
Employment Skill Development
Our Direct Support Professionals and Program Supervisors work with each client to help them discover their passions and promote the soft skills they need for success through career counseling, resume workshops, and job application assistance.

Service Information
Who qualifies for these services?
Anyone who is recognized by the state or federal government as having a disability qualifies for these services. However, it is important to note that RCC does not provide mental health services, such as counseling, therapy, and the like, nor do we provide psychiatric services of any kind, such as perscription of medication or psychiatric evaluations.
Are these services customizable?
Our Program Directors and Supervisors work together to create specific, customizable plans targeted toward the areas in which our clients have the greatest need. As needs change, our approach changes.
How does RCC find its practitioners?
Practioners from all walks of life are encouraged to apply, but they must reside in Minnesota or be willing to commute. As such, many of our practitioners grew up serving the greater Midwest area.
How much do these services cost?
RCC understands that each of our clients comes from a different background, and we strive to recognize that by working with each individual to determine an affordable cost.
