Though not all positions have part time flexibility, Direct Support Professionals always have access to part time opportunities.

Is there an age requirement?

Due to the sensitive and sometimes strenuous nature of our mission, all applicants must be able to verify that they are at least 18 years old in order to qualify for any of our positions.

Current Positions

Direct Support Professional

Provides hands-on, person centered support to clients with varying degrees of mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and maintains safety and health of clients
  • Administers medication
  • Maintains home and needs of client by cooking, cleaning, etc.
  • De-escalate interfering behavior
  • Participates in community activities and social experiences with clients
  • Shares behavioral, health, and program concerns with supervisor

Residential Program Director

Oversees the entirety of our Residential Programs. Reports directly to the President and Vice President.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the supervision of programming functions, schedules are maintained, budget is appropriately used, and staffing is in ratio.
  • Provides supervision and training to program managers, coordinators, and direct support professionals.
  • Ensures quality, performance, and efficiencies across programs.
  • Prepares for and participates in annual licensing and relicensing meetings.
  • Works closely with person served’s teams and external stakeholders.
  • Visits programs on a regular basis.
  • Facilitates regular meetings with program managers and/or staff.

Maintanence Technician

Works with the Project Manager and other Maintenance Technicians to prioritize and complete tasks on an everyday basis. Performs preventative maintenance, simple repairs, and general upkeep of RCC properties. Assists with technological needs for all RCC properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Snow plowing
  • Interior painting
  • Basic plumbing (unclogging drains, etc.)
  • Installing fixtures
  • Demolition and clean up
  • General labor as required by maintenance department

Residential Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator leads the Direct Support Professionals in program implementation by providing hands on, person centered support to our clients. The Program Coordinator also works collaboratively with the Program Supervisor by completing administrative related duties and fulfilling direct care shifts. Reports directly to the Program Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and maintains safety of the clients
  • Accompanies clients to appointments
  • Maintains home and needs of client by cooking, cleaning, etc.
  • Documents detailed narratives and behavioral data daily
  • Administers medication, completes Medication Administration Record (MAR), orders medication, and resolves any pharmacy issues
  • Participates in community activities and social experiences with clients
  • Collaborates with individuals served teams to write new goals or modify existing ones
  • Attends and completes all required trainings, including staff meetings
  • Assists Program Supervisor and Director with staff training
  • Other duties as assigned

Residential Program Supervisor

Oversees the operations and programming of one group home with two to four persons served. Provides support by completing administrative related duties and fulfilling direct care shifts. Reports directly to the Program Director.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Works collaboratively with program coordinator and direct support professionals
  • Creates and implements person-centered plans and positive support transition plans for individuals receiving services within 245D licensing standards
  • Prepares for and participates in annual licensing and re-licensing meetings
  • Works direct care shifts as scheduled or needed
  • Ensures health and safety of individuals by creating and facilitating appropriate support services
  • Audits documentations such as MARs, ISP data, T-logs, etc.
  • Oversees home budget and ensures site stays within budget
  • Assists program director with schedule needs and ensures site is within staffing ratio
  • Other duties as assigned
