    Provides hands-on, person-centered care and crisis support to individuals with disabilities or mental health needs. Helps persons served build life skills, navigate challenges, and live more independently.

  • Residential Program Supervisor

    Leads the day-to-day operations of one group home, supporting two to four persons served. Balances administrative tasks and direct care, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality support.

  • Residential Program Director

    Oversees all residential programs and provides leadership to site supervisors and crisis interventionists. Ensures consistency, quality, and person-centered care across all RCC homes.

You get to get to know persons served and spend quality time with them, all while improving their quality of life. A typical workday isn't too extreme, as you are simply living a normal day along with a person served and helping them along the way. Through my time here, I learned that this job truly is special. RCC provides comprehensive, hands-on training during orientation to ensure every team member feels confident and well-prepared for their role.

What is the schedule like? Can I work at RCC if I have another job?

Yes! RCC offers flexible scheduling to help you balance work with other responsibilities like a second job, school, or family commitments. Many roles include a variety of shift options, including overnights and weekends, and we do our best to match you with a schedule that fits your life.

Where are your homes located? How long will my commute be?

Our group homes are located throughout the South Metro and other parts of Southern Minnesota. We’ll work with you to find a location that’s a good fit and as close to home as possible to help keep your commute manageable.

How will I know if the home I’m placed in is a good fit for me?

We take great care in matching team members with homes where they’re most likely to thrive. During orientation, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know the individuals you’ll support and the team you’ll work with. We encourage open communication and welcome your questions throughout the process to ensure it’s the right fit for everyone.

What should I expect during the orientation process?

Our orientation is a hands-on, engaging learning experience designed to set you up for success. It takes place at our corporate office and lasts approximately 1.5 weeks. During this time, you’ll participate in live training sessions, complete shadow shifts with experienced team members, and receive detailed instruction on key responsibilities. You’ll also be required to pass a medication administration test as part of the onboarding process.
