About Us

No one forgotten. No one left behind.

We Love What We Do

As a community, we owe everything to the hard work and dedication of others. That’s why every day we renew our commitment to helping our clients achieve their greatest potential, because we believe that nothing is more fulfilling than seeing our friends, family, and neighbors thrive.

Our History

Rudolph Community and Care was founded in 2011 when cousins Mike and Jeff Rudolph discovered their shared dream of providing the highest quality disability care to those in their community. Their passion for helping those with disabilities began with Jeff’s parents, who provided in home foster care for disabled persons for decades in greater Minnesota. After graduating from college, both Mike and Jeff took on management positions at two separate group homes near the Twin Cities, where they worked for a number of years before setting out on their own. Rudolph Community and Care was then created in partnership with Scott County, MN to help fulfill their need for excellent disability care, and has been a staple of their community ever since.

Mike and Jeff have continued to serve clients in their own homes, providing them with hands on feedback for how best to evolve RCC’s practices to fit the needs of those with disabilties in their community.

Change never happens at the pace we think it should. It happens over years of people joining together, strategizing, sharing, and pulling all the levers they possibly can. Gradually, excruciatingly slowly, things start to happen, and then suddenly, seemingly out of the blue, something will tip
